The Retreat Center

Pearlstone is located on 180 acres of woods, meadows, and fields.  The center is only about 30 minutes from home, but feels like a world away.  Accommodations include 2.2 miles of hiking trails, a 5 acre lake with canoes, farm animals, and an active farm.  In fact, much of the cuisine at Pearlstone is farm to table, from their very own fields.  Pearlstone has led the way in green initiatives, solar, sustainability & land stewardship.

Our Retreat Schedule

This retreat is themed around Rest & Restoration as we move into Autumn.  Led by Jen, Courtney & Lynne, each day of your retreat will consist of yoga, meditation, delicious vegetarian meals, and options to hike, visit with the farm animals, or simply spend time on your porch.   Beloved Rolling Brook Instructor, Satpreet "Preet" Kaur will be joining us for a workshop on Ayurvedic Practices to support balance, health, and longevity in your life.

Pealstone's chefs are happy to accommodate food allergies or preferences.  Please advise us of any restrictions when you register.

Note from Jen, Courtney & Lynne:  We are continually growing and striving to ensure the practices that we share are true to the tradition) of yoga. We want to honor the intention and sacredness of these practices and therefore ask that students choose to abstain from consuming alcohol during this weekend.
