Prenatal Yoga with Bridget
For expectant moms in all stages of pregnancy. Gather with both new and expecting moms for a class focused on finding comfort in your changing body, nourishing your soul, and reclaiming your energy! Through meditation, breath work, and gentle yoga postures; both moms-to-be and new moms alike will ease tension and strengthen key muscle groups often weakened through pregnancy, birth, and infant care. Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis seeking to modify their practice. Women with a high-risk pregnancy or complications from birth should check with their doctors before taking this class.
During COVID, this class will be limited to 4 moms to allow for significant space between students.
